Blueberry Pie

image.jpegWhen I got home today my daughter had made this lovely blueberry pie. She and her friend had been out in the forrest picking blueberries and made this for us.

200 g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch of salt
115 g butter
200 g sugar
3 egg
2,4 dl sour cream or yoghurt
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
500 g blueberries
40 g brown sugar

Preheat oven to 180 C. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, mix butter and sugar in a food processor. Add the eggs, one at a time, then add the sour cream and vanilla. Mix well before adding the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix lightly.
Add half of the cake mixture to a pie dish. Add half of the blueberries, then add the rest of the cake mixture and top with the last half of the blueberries. Sprinkle the brown sugar over the pie.
Bake the pie on the middle shelf in the oven for about one hour, or until the crust is golden.
